There will be a chartered School bus providing transport for guests to and from the venue.


A block of rooms have been reserved for guests traveling a distance, or who are wanting to stay over and use the shuttle service.


Rooms are reserved at the Home2 Suites by Hilton in Brantford (27 Sinclair Blvd Building 2)

Hotel Check-in: 3:00pm

Hotel Check-out: 11:00am

Hotel to Venue Shuttle trips are as follows:


1st bus arrives at 1:30pm-departs from hotel at 1:40pm


2nd bus arrives at 2:20pm- departs from hotel at 2:30pm


The Wedding Ceremony starts at 3:00pm


Venue to Hotel Shuttle trips at the end of the night


1st bus arrives at 11:00pm- departs at 11:15pm


2nd bus arrives at 12:00am- departs at 12:15am
